ITB #2025-01- Site Renovation- Impact Windows and Doors Installation
Citrus Health Network is posting an Invitation to Bid to select a qualified licensed window contractor for installation of impact windows and doors at one of its sites: Citrus Med Center, located at 4125 West 20 Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33012 as detailed in the Scope of Work. Pursuant to federal procurement standards as identified in 45 CFR Part 75, as applicable, this invitation to bid requires proposals to be received by Olga Golik, Citrus Health Network by email: olgag@citrushealth.com by 3:00 pm, Tuesday January 21, 2025. The submittals shall be clearly marked “Citrus Health Site Renovations ITB# 2025-01”. The Invitation to Bid Application will be posted on the Citrus Health Network website starting December 31, 2024. There will be a Pre-Bid meeting on January 14, 2025 at 11am at the site, 4125 W. 20th Ave., Hialeah, Florida. The deadline to submit questions, requests for information & clarifications is midnight, January 15, 2025. Responses to questions expected to be provided by January 17, 2025. This project is funded by the 2023 Capital Assistance for Hurricane Response and Recovery Efforts (CARE) funding of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

2024-ITN-01- Developer
Citrus Health Network (CHN) is in the process of procuring an organization to act as lead developer for a property that CHN has a long-term lease on from the State of Florida. This developer would take the lead in applying for public and private funds to develop supportive housing and other programs as available through low-income tax credits and other private or public funding sources. This developer may also seek to manage the property depending on the possible partnership proposed. CHN’s long term lease with the State expires December 29, 2100. The lease requires the property to be used for programs related to foster care, group homes and other programs approved by the Department of Children and Families.
