Their final remarks were glowing—praising Citrus as a “top-tier health center” with a “spirit of excellence” and deeply commending our commitment to quality care and life-changing services.

This is a historic first for Citrus—the first time in our organization’s history that we received a flawless report with no violations or deficiencies. In addition to recognizing our clinical, operational, and administrative excellence, the reviewers specifically highlighted how user-friendly and well-designed our website is, emphasizing how it reflects our dedication to accessibility and patient-centered care.
