Housing
Housing services provided through Citrus Health Network are for adults and families with a disability, often due to a chronic mental illness or co-occurring disorder, victims of domestic violence, people living with HIV/AIDS, veterans, and the chronically homeless.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Citrus Health Network offers Permanent Supportive Housing services through a variety of programs for individuals and families with a disability (as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development), veterans, and for the chronically homeless. Clients are provided with housing in apartments at specific sites or with rental assistance in an apartment of their choice in the community. The goal of these programs is for the client to achieve independent living through stable housing and additional individualized support services such as case management, psychiatric treatment, and primary care services.
