Citrus Health Network offers a continuum of HIV/AIDS care services for those living with HIV/AIDS, as well as preventative and education measures aimed at stopping the spread of the virus. Clients who are found to be HIV positive are linked to care and other resources, which can be provided by a Citrus physician, if the client chooses.
Through the Ryan White Program, low-income, underinsured and uninsured clients who are HIV positive may qualify for additional primary care and supportive services at Citrus including medical case management, peer services and adherence counseling.
Citrus Health Network’s Ryan White Program is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number H89HA00005, CFDA #93.914—HIV Emergency Relief Projects grants, for the period of March 2021 – February 2022 award totaling $271,874.00, as of 01/23/2019 with 22 % financed with non-governmental sources.
