The Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Teams at Citrus are designed to assist adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness live as independently as possible. Each FACT client has an individualized care plan to receive psychiatric services, primary medical care, supportive therapies to develop life skills, financial support and money management services, transportation, and training for family members, all as needed.
Citrus Health Network is bringing back its FACT Advisory Committee that will provide meaningful feedback to our Board of Directors and our staff about behavioral health policies, procedures and services with a focus on promoting recovery and empowerment.
