About Long-Acting Injectables 

  • Long-Acting Injectables (LAIs) allow for the slow release of medicine into the blood. Several LAIs are used to treat individuals living with mental illness.  
  • LAIs are usually given to treat psychosis (hallucinations or delusions) in individuals with schizophrenia.Some LAIs may be used as mood stabilizers in individuals with bipolar disorder.
  • LAIs can help individuals stay on track with a medicine plan, help lower the chance of side effects and may also help improve quality of life and satisfaction with medicine.

Citrus Health Network (CHN) is in the process of procuring architectural services to design a site plan for a property that CHN has a long-term lease on from the State of Florida. The proposal is for a master plan including the drawings, elevations and technical information needed to submit to funders and for planning purposes. This does not cover construction documents needed for construction, although the architect would be considered also for selection to complete final construction drawings if negotiations are successful.

Citrus Health Network is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors (GC) for the expansion of the parking lot for its Maternal and Child Health Center clinic, located on the adjacent lot of 551/555 West 51 Place.
