Citrus Health Network understands that many people have concerns and questions about the coronavirus.  Please see below for the most up-to-date information about our services: 

Update 3/30/2020: As part of our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we taking additional safety precautions to keep our patients safe.

To limit the number of people in our offices, we are encouraging patients to reach out to us before coming in to determine if their needs can be met through telemedicine services, prescription refills or pharmacy delivery.  Please reach out to us at the numbers below for more information.

We continue screening all patients, visitors, and staff at all of our locations for symptoms of COVID-19.  Individuals displaying symptoms or identified as potentially being exposed to COVID-19 will be referred to our medical staff at our primary care clinics for further screening and clearance.  Our medical staff will determine if COVID-19 testing is needed.  Staff will be able to assist with any questions. 


Update 3/20/2020:  As part of our efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are only keeping certain clinic locations open.  Our Main Center will continue to be open for outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy services, and our Assessment Department will remain open 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-wweek.  Our Citrus Med Clinic will remain open to provide adult primary care services.  Our Maternal and Child Health Center will remain open to provide pediatric services.  Our PalmMed Women’s Health Center will remain open to provide OB/GYN services.

We continue to offer 30-day medication refills for all prescriptions.  If you have your prescriptions filled at the CHN pharmacy, and would like to request a 30-day medication refill, please click here, or call us at 305-825-0300.

Our benefits enrollment assistance services are currently closed. Individuals and families can still apply for benefits through the Florida Department of Children and Families ACCESS Self-Service Portal by visiting: www.myflorida.com/accessflorida/.

Update 3/15/2020: To prevent the spread of the virus, beginning on Monday, March 16th, we will implementing additional safety measures: We are screening everyone entering our facilities, including clients, visitors, and staff.

  • We will ask about possible symptoms, travel from other countries, contact with travelers, people with symptoms or people in contact with diagnosed. For this reason, we are asking for everyone to arrive 30 minutes earlier than their scheduled time.
  •  Our medical staff will determine if COVID-19 testing is needed.
  • Individuals identified as potentially being exposed to COVID-19, will be referred to one of our primary care clinics for further screening and clearance prior to entering our outpatient behavioral health sites.  Staff will be available to assist you with any questions.
